Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Hello,
my question is this;
my husband passed this jan and there is a will that has been pretty much executed.so
there was a celebration of life event held and for that my husband's daughter by first marriage was in charge of the memory table and asked me to let her use a list of her dad's things and i gathered those and also reguested that they all be returned afterwards with her agreemen ....
she has kept them and will not return any of my communications with her about the situation
i have decided that this unacceptable . because the dipspersing of personal items to rest of the family hasn't occurred yet and to this is just plain theft and what recourse do i have to get the items back
and actually some of which i was going to keep for myself

This doesn't have anything to do with criminal law.
Who's the executor? Who's the attorney handling the estate?
