Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My husband is being falsly accused of selling marijuana. The police informed him that he would have a warrent out for his arrest unless he bought drugs for them from a dealer. My husband attempted to cooperate with them, but has been unsuccessful in doing so, the police officer than gave him 4 days to buy drugs from a dealer and informed him that if he does not buy drugs within that time they will have him arressted. This seems like blackmail
