Ex husband hacking into email
Is it illegal for my ex husband to hack into my email and myspace and facebook accounts? He has done so and deleted information and pictures, etc. He also created a false personal ad in my name and included my phone # in this ad.

Yes. That is illegal under state and federal law if you can substantiate that he is the one that did it. I suggest that you report this to the authorities immediately.
