Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
my husband is in prision on probation violation but they have went back to a domestic 2 yrs ago that was all resolved time ws served ect and now will not let us have any kind of communication every time he has tried to contact me it has been major offense n they have added 18 months on to his time PLEASE HELP US I have exhausted all avenues

Until you get this settled you should not be having any contact with him because in that case you are both in violation of the no contact order. I would suggest you hire an attorney and work this out through the courts. If he is trying to contact you despite the no contact order that might have something to do with why he's in trouble all the time.
