Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Illegal Firing
I believe I was illegally fired from employment at Wal-Mart, due to theft. I would like to know my options on fighting the charges against me and if it would be worth it.

Re: Illegal Firing
Iowa is an employment at will state-you can be fired for any cause, good cause or no cause. With that said you haven't really given me enough to evaluate your situation.
