Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I am in Iowa and was arrested 6 years ago. I would like this off of my record, is that possible and how do I do it?

Unfortunately unless it was for a minor in possession of alcohol the record cannot be expunged, even if you were found not guilty or the charges were dropped.
