In Iowa what is a 90 day shock, also, what is the term'' arrest in judgment''?, My brother is urrently awaiting sentencing for sexual assault., Is this 90 day shock possible for this?

I've never heard of that term. Perhaps your question is properly directed to a department of corrections person or to the sentencing court. A motion in arrest of judgment is filed if the person is convicted or pleads guilty and wishes to contest it or change their mind.
