Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

iowa filed arrest of judgegement in time frame before my son's sentenciing of a plea reason wrong iowa code on one of the charges and another charge was no where to be found in plea agreement and ineffective counsel did not file motion to dismiss on speedy indictment violation case is continued for transcrips. attorney didnt show up for sentencing date either can a motion to file dismissal charge still be done need attorney advice and new attorney

If you need a new attorney, go and hire one. You can file a motion to dismiss at any time but whether it will succeed is another story.
