Iowa - Kansas Extradition time question
If a person is taken into custody on an out of state warrant. how long can the state hold the person waiting for extradition with a signed waiver? How long does KS have to get the person from IA?

The state of Kansas has all the time in the world to come and get an extraditee. On the other hand if it is a non serious charge and one can qualify, bond is an option.
