Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I'm in Iowa. I put dandruff in a tiny 1"x1" baggie and was going to leave it at the bar I clean for a drug head to find I didn't leave it and a sheriff found it and said it tested positive for meth and arrested and charged me. Will it be retested before my preliminary hearing? I'm disabled and can't afford to pay for help.

You are entitled to court appointed counsel if you cannot afford to hire a private attorney. It is extremely unlikely the State would test the substance at the lab prior to any preliminary hearing.
