Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

can a judges decision be over turned?

judge ruled that charges were mis-deminor, drugs found on his body. he uses Mar. for migrain head aches t steming from ensyfalitis at the age of 11yr. He is 33yr. now. There are no drugs that help other wise.

Now a small town cop wants to charge him with rakateering, and drug dealing. He buys enough for his own use and thats it. It is not recreational. (I know you have heard it all) Then you must have heard that some people really are being honest when they claim medical use.

This little town had his car locked up and they became very irrate when the judge turned it loose, hinse the new charges from the town of De Witt.

I've also been told with Bushes new laws, anyone can bring charges for anything they can dream up. (this came from and attorney)

Sincerely, A very concerned citizen, (not just for this case but for all the cases that are not ligitimate.) This needs to be stopped now!!
