juvenile shoplifting iowa
my 12 year old son and two of his friends were caught shoplifting $5.26 worth of candy. This is their first offence. What should we expect at court.

He's a juvenile, so not much. Restitution and a stern admonishment will be about the extent of it unless he's been in trouble before.
