Burglary in the 1st degree is a Class B felony carrying an indeterminate prison sentence of 25 years. There must be more than just an allegation that you entered the apartment. Permission to enter is one of the factors, but you need to get an attorney involved in your case immediately. Only after a full and complete consultation with a qualified attorney, and a pretrial investigation, would it be appropriate to answer your question.
