Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
looking for a law
I am looking at finding information about the Bell findings that are given durring jury instructions. I can't find anything anywhere on that, I may not be spelling it right. I want to know what it is used for, is it only used is certin cases and what is the meaning behind it.
