Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

my brother was charged with drug stamp violation and felony charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver he was sentenced to 10yrs. He was given a chance to tell who he was working for and that will reduce his sentence but I dont think it helped him at all? Could this be because the lawyer was a state and didnt really much care? He hasn't had any contact with my brother at all How I can I locate this lawyer?

The Iowa Supreme Court website has a section where you can get a laywer's phone number and location. Don't be surprised if they won't talk to you because you're not the client-your brother is.
