Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Legal or ilegal?
I would like to know why, one person has been put in jail and acuse for be a theaf if he only was with one of his coworkers, he didn't stole nothing and besides the other guy said that he was who did it.....is this legal???? sorry for my writting but i'm just learning english.
please help me whit this.

It's called accomplice liability and yes, it's legal.
