Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I have been legally divorced from my ex husband for 5 years, I went out of town for a couple months and came back to find stuff missing from my she'd, I know he did it as my son was with him and my son told me, can I have my ex husband arrested, and my proof is the texts??

You can file a complaint with police and they will investigate. Whether a text is sufficient evidence and whether you can legally prove that he did it are another story.
