Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I live in california. I have been pulled over and arrested twice for a warrant from iowa, and NOT extradited. How do I go about getting the warrant dropped?

Well, you could answer the charges in Iowa and take care of the matter. Warrants don't get 'dropped'.
But as long as there's an outstanding warrant, you'll be arrested and taken into custody until Iowa decides it doesn't want you, and then they'll cut you loose. So it would be a good idea to hire somebody on this end to make it happen for you.
