Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I live in iowa, im charged with pointing a bb gun at another person. This offense accured on 10/4/2015 but the officer didnt put the date or time on my citation and were it says report to above named court on..the officer dated it for 10/5/2014. Can i do anything about this? Like have it dissmissed?
