Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I live in Iowa, my mother in law has attempted to stir up issues by calling DHS on us, she was told to back off and give us some space. We moved a few weeks after her initial call to DHS, then she turns around and calls us in again for switching our daughter schools. Is there ground for harassment charge or at the very least a restraining order? Were getting stressed and annoyed with the constant drama shes causing. My wife is currently pregnant and im concerned shes going to end up losing the baby because of the stress.
