Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Ok long story short, i got a phone for my ex gf about six mounths ago and she was in a DCI sting on a school teacher. DCI took the phone without my consent, i am the owner of the phone, and she was under the legal age to give up that phone. we were broke up about a mounth before all this happened. Do i have any legal rights to that phone or not.

You may have the right to get the phone back after the DCI is finished using it as evidence.
