Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
i made an agreement to serve 30 days with work release and the prosecutor did not include the work release info in the paperwork but agreed to the terms. now i have my time scheduled with no work release and she's giving my attorney a run around. how is that right? i may lose my home if i don't get work release.

If that was part of agreement but it did not get memorialized then your lawyer has some additional work to do.
