Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Marijuana Possession
On probation currently for 1st offense of marijuana possession. House where i live with my father was raided by PO and sheriff w/o search warrant on 1/24/09 and they claim to have found 2 seeds and a bare stem in cigarette ashtray they call marijuana and have filed charges for 2nd offense of drug possession. Are 2 seeds and a stem possession? Can PO look clear thru my father's house or just my room?
