Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Misdameanor charge of theft in the 4th degree. Court judgement was restitution and fine and community service to be done by a certain date. Fine wasnt paid and warrant issued. Is it to late to pay the fines and show proof of completed community service? Will jail time now be an issue?
