Misdemeaners
Smy sons friend called the campus security because he thought he took a handful of ibuprophen, they awoke him from his sleep and was beligerant security called police and he was arrested for mip and interferring with official acts. This is his first time in trouble. Does he need a lawyer, could he go to jail.

Probably not. It takes a lot of effort to get sent to jail, However if he wants a shot at keeping his record clean a good attorney is a must.
