Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
neighbor
We have had alot of trouble with our elderly neighbor, he doesn't like our kids at all. I had to start keeping them inside or make sure the play away from our own yard or he calls the police, it doesn't matter if we are with them or not. The other night my son (15) and some of his friends were outside and he went and put his hand on the neighbors window, now they want his fingerprints. I was wondering what the consequences are for touching a neighbors window?

Re: neighbor
The consequences are going to be more serious than if your son and his friends had left the old coot alone and stayed off his property.
Trespassing? Vandalism? Harassment? take your pick.
Are you sure you've gotten the entire story?
