Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I would like to obtain a transcript of my cell phone text messages, but my cell phone company says a search warrant is required. Is there any way around this?

That's not entirely correct-what you need is a subpoena, but you only get to do that if you have a pending court case that has been filed and you're looking for evidence of some sort.
