I got pulled over on a thursday night leaving the bar and they said my pupils were pin point and I always have small pupils but the cop searched my car and confiscated only 2 grams of marijuana and a pipe. Was I suppose to sit in jail for twelve hours? and if I peed in a cup, and they aren't charging for a owi on weed would I get my license taken?

It sounds like you've been charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. If the cop took a urine sample, he likely sent that to the DCI lab for analysis. If it comes back positive for controlled substances, they will likely then also file a charge for OWI. You need to talk to an attorney. Its obviously difficult to tell just off the information you've provided, but there appears to be a question about the legality of the initial stop and search of your vehicle.
