Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

me and my wife are not living together and the state of iowa is trying to prove that we do and that i gives her hidden money. she gets a very few food stamps from them and the kids has no medical thur them and no monies either. they sent my friend a suponea teccm who which i am staying with and he let them know that i do stay there and he wrote a letter to them telling that. i have my license at my new address and my p o box and my vechicle. but what can i do they have aidit my wifes accounts and also mines and they still finds nothing. department of investagations is trying that. what can i do and i have gave them my informationon on my new residents , i have been living for 4 yearsand what's next. if a need a lawyer , why and what do i have to do. it sounds like harassment. thanks
