pardons
how hard is it to get a pardon from the govener that happened 14 years ago? and how long will it take?

To a large extent it depends on what you did. If you're looking to have your citizenship rights restored-that is, the right to vote- that may be a bit easier since under an executive order during the Vilsack administration the process has been streamlined.
Does any of this restore your right to own weapons? No. If that's what you're asking I suggest taking up bowhunting.
