Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
if a person is accused of robbery with other people and its on videotape with the store and 3 people say the person said was there but person accused said he didnt leave the party but is not getting to see the videotape and the poice say its him does he have the right to view the videotape before the hearing?
