if a person is accused of something on video is it their right to see the video before court? And do they have the right to show the video to another family member but not the accused

If you are charged with a serious misdemeanor or greater, you can make a formal request in writing to see the video. The Court should enter an order allowing you to view the video. If you are charged with a simple misdemeanor, there is no requirement that they show it, but if you request the prosecutor probably will allow you to view it.
