Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Polgraph testing
A freind had her debit card stolen, there is video of the guys who stole it using it but he says that my friend ''gave'' it to him to use. Police are asking her to take a polygragh. Why are they not polygraphing him? He has prior record of doing this to someone else too.
