Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
PublicIntox
I was wondering, to be charged with Public Intoxication wouldn't they need proof that you were intoxicated after you had been charged? Like a breathalyzer or anything in order for them to prove that your guilty?

Re: PublicIntox
That's not correct. All an officer has to do is testify based on his or her training and experience that they concluded you were intoxicated, and you're finished.
