Re: Rape
I'm an Iowa attorney. There is no such thing under Iowa law as consensual sex with an underage person. I suggest you hire a competent criminal defense attorney in your area before charges are filed, and have no communication with this individual whatsoever.
Re: Rape
It is virtually impossible to prove a negative. That is not your burden. It is the burden of the State to prove your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Please call us on Tuesday and ask to speak with Rick Nudelman, our sex crimes expert for a free consultation. In the mean time DO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT THIS MATTER. Our phone number is (800) 313-9619
