Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

I was raped by my boss on a buisness trip to Des Moines IA on March 21, 2009. I was told there was only one room left with two Queen Beds. I was in his company truck and couldn't leave on foot. I went to dinner with a friend of his and his oldest daughter (who is my age). I had a few drinks with them after we returned to the hotel. I showered and put my PJ pants and top on and headed for my bed. He forced me face down onto his bed at and pulled my pants and underwear down to my knees and forced his penis into my vagina and had intercourse with me. I struggled for about a half hour then gave up. I just figured he would tire soon enough and leave me alone. I was wrong. The rape began shortly after 1AM and he finally quit at 4:47 am. I was scared to tell anyone and I really needed the job to support my family. I continued working with him. A second trip came about on April 17,2009 to Hobart IN. This time I was sick with phnomonia had taken night quill before checking into the hotel. Again was told only one room left. I said I was so sick I would sleep on the floor. This time he analy assaulted me in my sleep. I honestly belived it was a nightmare until I woke up with out my pants and underwear and he had gone off to eat breakfast. I went home that night and started to withdraw from life. I attemped suicide on June 7, 2009 and he layed me off on the 9th. I am just starting to leave the house and have a civil suit in progress but I want to protect the other women that may go through this too. Is it possible to still file a report?

I would suggest that you contact the Des Moines Police Department and report the situation you have described to me.
