I was raped in 2000 but was to scared to do anything about it.
Is it to late to prosecute?

It depends on how old you are. If you were under 18 at the time of the assault, the statute of limitations is 10 years from the time you turned 18. if you were older than 18 at the time of the offense the statute of limitations is 10 years from the date of the offense.
