Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I read an article my local newspaper posted on their web site stating that i was facing criminal charges and that i had been arrested and released on bond for this crime when in fact i have not been arrested so therefore did not get released on bond. Can that help my criminal case? And how

They might retract the story or print an error correction in the back pages but I fail to see how an error in a newspaper would change the facts of what you were charged with.
