Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I recieved an minor is possession charge a couple of days ago. I got caught holding a flask that was empty the entire time it was in my possession. I took no breathalizer test and did no sobriety test, but admitted to drinking. Since I wasn't actually caught with alcohol can I still be charged with possession of alcohol?
