Reconsideration
My boyfriend has been charged with manslaughter. He has no criminal record just been to jail a few times for driving while barred. Can you tell me what are the chances of him getting a reconsideration?

Going to jail a few times for driving while barred is, in fact, a criminal record. I suggest that he talk with his attorney if he has one to talk about the chances of reconsideration.
