Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
How can I have my record sealed in Iowa? They are charges recieved as an adult and my last time in trouble was in 2007? I went for an expungement and was told I have to have 10 years since my last conviction.

Unfortunately there is no process for sealing your records in the state of Iowa, and there is no expungement except for minor in possession of alcohol.
