Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
We own a rental home and my sister in law who attacked me last year last year will now be reading the water meter in that town. Can we legally tell that town that we do NOT want her on that property as it is a conflict of interest, and we also do work over there and could run into her.

If there is a no contact order they might listen but since it's not your primary residence I do not see what leverage you have here other than you don't like her any more.
