Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

I was riding in a car that had a baggie full of what looked like meth but in fact it was msn i had a scale in the car..they even tested it and it came back neative for real meth i also im my smoke a baggie with a half gram of real meth and 3 morphine pills that was in my pocket but the large amount was in the glove box not on anyone...the charged me like the big bag was real and in my picket there was three of us in tge car the charged me with posss with tge intent to delivier a case b felony in the state of iowa a max of 25 years in the state pen cann they really charge me and only me with it and causr the fact it wasnt teal and tested negative can i be sent to prison for stuff that wasnt real and why only me ive never had a drug case ever in my life

The statute (Iowa Code section 124.401B) also includes simulated controlled substances and counterfeit controlled substances. Also constructive possession can be argued if you had access to the glove compartment. If you have not retained the services of a criminal defense attorney I suggest you do so without delay.
