Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
if some one was riding a motercycle and wrecked the pasenger died would he go to jail if he had one license?

I don't understand the question. Simply being involved in a fatal accident does not mean that a criminal act occurred. If you were properly licensed, something more would need to be involved in order for a crime to have occurred, for example operating while intoxicated. You should immediately consult with an attorney if you were involved a fatal accident and criminal charges are being considered.
