My roommate is dating an 18 year old woman and he lets her drink alcohol. I am wondering what my liability is since I own the house.

It depends upon what happens and what your actions are that contribute to any future act. There is the potential for civil liability if she were to be involved in a motor vehicle collision. As far as criminal charges, you would need to do more than just own the house in order to be charged. The safest thing to do is to make it stop and to protect yourself I would put it in writing with a signed receipt from the tenant.
