Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

Search and Arrest Warrants...

Police officers showed up at my parents house and arrested me. No rights were read, No search warrant showed, and no arrest warrant either. They searched my parents home then my car. It wasn't till i was sitting in jail that i thought about lack of those items. I was then charged with conspiracy to deliver less then 50 kilograms of marijuanna. Which i didn't even find out till the next day. A week later i was bailed out. What are the chances of my case being dismissed with the lack of the arrest warrant, the search warrant, or the miranda rights? Please help

If you can prove that your rights were violated then you can make this go away. It requires the services of a competent criminal defense attorney, and I sincerely hope you have hired one.
