I hope you get this..I am trying to figure this out, to answer your question.
Yes sir, there was a small amount of marijuana and a couple of pipes found in my home.
But his friend had came over and jumped out of the window when the police showed up and he had some white powder (not sure yet what) and about a 1/2 oz of marijuana in his laptop case, but the put his name by that stuff and took his laptop.

So put yourself in a hearing. Who do you think the court is going to believe? Get yourself a lawyer and see if there's any way to get out of this mess.
