Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

I was sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but 2 days suspended with credit for time served, a fine, and required to attend BEP classes. on another case i was sentenced to 240 days with all suspended with a fine. my court date was feb 13th 2013 for a compliance review on the first case but i missed it because i thought the court date was the 18th instead. will i have to do jail time for the first case or both cases since theyre both suspended sentences?

There is likely a warrant out for you know, but its up to the judge on whether you do jail time. They can make you do some or all of that time. Usually these things are best addressed by immediately going to the courthouse and asking to the see the judge. If they have to come arrest you, it looks much worse.
