Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
i have to serve 14 days in jail for a possession charge i now have a bench warrant will they also get me foe contempt of will i just have to do the 14 days i was sentenced to

Maybe. As long as you're out there running around and not doing your 14 day bit you're going to be looking over your shoulder. I would be more worried about prosecution under Iowa Code 811.2 for failure to appear.
