It is impossible to give a reasonable answer to the question on this public forum. A Class C felony carries a maximum 10 year sentence. A Class D felony carries a maximum 5 year sentence. Any convictions can be served consecutively or concurrently. The more important question will be whether the case is handled in adult or juvenile court. He should have an attorney.
